I was pretty productive today. Well, for the first half. This afternoon even though it is only almost 2 hours old is draggggginnnnggggg. But, good news I have found a solution to my problem. Not only is writing this blog distracting me from looking at the, ever present PC clock, but I found a site to keep me busy. It is the brain child of Jake Roper from V Sauce, and gang. If you haven’t heard of them I suggest you check them out on YouTube.
First things first, I don’t have Pandora on while I write today. I found a rain simulator I can be found at https://rain.today . It allows you to change the volume as well as the strength of the rain. You can add thunder and lightning if you wish to. I have had it on for two or so hours now and it is very relaxing. Probably too relaxing haha. It is a beautiful day out side today but in my office it has been peacefully raining.
Back to the YouTube channel I was talking about before. Jake Roper and his pals have started a new channel here at http://www.youtube.com/dong it sounds dirty but it isn’t I can assure you. It is an acronym that stands for Do Online Now Guys. It is a whole channel dedicated to interesting thing that you can do on the internet right this very second. I found their blog page here: http://dongs2.blogspot.com and found a list of over 1300 things to do online right now. Like the name suggests. I have been looking at this since lunch and came across a “Favorite Pokemon” link. It was very in depth. I first did it with every generation of Pokemon and here were my narrowed results:
This is my top ten, somewhat accurate. It was very hard to take the correct amount of time and sift through 718 damn Pokemon. I missed a few that I shouldn’t but over all I’m fairly happy with this list. I knew most of them would be in the original 151 Pokemon, since that’s the only real time I followed it closely. Next I did it with just the original 151 Pokemon and here are those results:
It again is still a bit different from what I would have though and still was a pain in the butt to go through the 151 different Pokemon, but again is fairly accurate. My main man Mewtwo is still on top. I was surprised to see that Charizard, Blastoise, and Onyx fell off the list. I am however glad that Gyarados hopped on it.
If I were to list them myself in order 1-10 it would look more like this(Again more based on who I can think of fondly from childhood):
These would be Pokemon that I enjoyed through the whole evolutionary process, not just their end form. Others that are cult favorites of mine would include the lies of: Evolution’s of Eevee, Pikachu, Psyduck, Farfetch’d, and most Legendary Pokemon.
That is my somewhat column on my favorite Pokemon, since I was stuck on that issue today haha. I hope you enjoyed your stay here with me and feel free to comment about your favorite Pokemon. See you tomorrow. 😀 😀
